Super humble staff and facilities were spot on... i loved the breakfast buffet . I will definately come back again. The guest relation manager was exceptionally very helpfull. Everyone speaks english so its a plus point . Room service and food was 10 on 10

Great hotel, very close to the airport, the staff were very friendly and quick to help. I would certainly stay again the food was tasty and the cleaning of the room was really nice. Thanks for everything, see you again on my next trip

Elif and Dilara at the reception desk were exceptional and provided excellent customer service throughout my whole trip! The aesthetics of the interior design and facilities of the hotel are incredible and the staff demonstrated positive attitudes to ensuring great responsibility were taken to fulfil my own personal needs. Busra was fantastic in communicating preferences and handled all aspects of my booking immensely, whilst also taking the time to greet me with a personal message from the minute I landed at Sabiha Gocken airport. Great staff, phenomenal service and remarkable hotel to ensure you enjoy your stay and have a lovely trip.
